SolvedSuppose that for every Sylow subgroup $P$ of a finite group $G$ and every maximal subgroup $V$ of $P$ there is a $\sigma$-soluble subgroup $T$ such that $VT = G$. Is it true that then $G$ is $\sigma$-soluble?
